About me
Welcome — I’m Morgan, a psychotherapist committed to creating a space where individuals and couples can feel seen, supported, and safe enough to do the deep work of healing. I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” who you are — it’s about honoring your full humanity, understanding the patterns that have shaped you, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in the tech industry in my hometown of San Francisco. That experience deepened my appreciation for the complexity of modern life and the many ways we try to hold it all together. My background allows me to bring a grounded, real-world perspective to therapy, especially when working with clients navigating career pressures, perfectionism, or a loss of meaning.
I bring a relational, collaborative, and depth-oriented approach to my work. I draw from psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, and polyvagal-informed perspectives, always with the goal of helping you feel more connected — to your emotions, your values, and the relationships that matter most. I work with adults, adolescents and couples on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration and intergenerational trauma.
My practice is explicitly inclusive and affirming. I welcome people of all racial and cultural backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, body sizes, and religious or spiritual beliefs. I recognize that we are all shaped by larger systems, and I aim to work through a decolonized, feminist, queer, and anti-racist lens. I strive to hold space that is not only nonjudgmental but actively supportive of who you are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with presence, depth, and respect, I’d be honored to connect with you.
